First Community College in California to Receive LEED Gold Certification

Rudolph and Sletten announced today that its recently completed project, The Sierra Community College Tahoe-Truckee Campus, received LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The 28,500 square foot project, design by Lionakis and constructed by Rudolph and Sletten under a Lease Lease Back project delivery method became the first LEED Gold certified community college in the state of California. |
